Nothing: Yellow reflects bile in stool, can be green or brown. If loose all the time then something not right.

Rapid transit : Syool that is yellow and loose has traversed the intestinal tract very fast and has not really done much interastion in the samll or large bowel. Why are you having the diarrhea? If it is an intestinal virus or such , it will be self limiting ANS of no consequence. If it is chronis , it need to be evaluated and treated by a doctor.
