Risk vs. benefits: The overwhelming weight of scientific evidence indicates that fluoridation of community water supplies is safe. Some studies have shown that Fluoride does tend to accumulate in the pineal gland. Whether or not this has any clinical significance has not been conclusively proven. One always has to weigh risks with benefits. Personally I am in favor of public fluoridation.
