A member asked:

Should a person use vaginal trainers to heal damage caused by third degree tear after childbirth? thanks

Third degree: Tears generally heal well after delivery when repaired. There is a great deal of blood flow to the area, speeding recovery. I wouldn't do anything extra unless advised to do so. If there is a problem, then physical therapy. Good luck.
