Weight Control: To control weight, you should pay attention to your biorythym. It is believed by eating after a certain hour at night you are likely to gain weight. It is not only when you eat, it is how much you eat. A 12 hour period before the next meal is not bad, but it is best to eat when appropriately andsufficiently hungry.
