Probably not: If the menstrual period is normal, pregnancy is probably not the issue. Ovaries may hurt due to resolving ovulation cyst on the ovary. This symptom is fairly nonspecific but may be checked with ultrasound if persistent.

Sex and Ovaries: The most common cause of pain in the ovaries is mittleschmerz. This is a condition that occurs around 14 days before the beginning of your next period. The word is german for middle pain (pain between periods). Are you between periods? This pain is not related to pregancy. Always if you are concerned about pregnancy though, do a test.
