Skin Lesions: This sure sounds like you need antibiotics and/ or an excision of this lesion. Please get in to see your family doctor as soon as possible. You do not want to live with a bad scar just because you did not get this infection treated.

Pus or sebum?: Is the area/lesion tender or red? You may have a sebaceous cyst, which will contain sebum, a whitish material that is similar in appearance to pus. A small abscess is unlikely, and a pimple generally resolves. See your doctor for further evaluation. A minor surgical procedure to remove the entire cyst or deal with a small abscess may be helpful.
