Possible exposure: Igg positive antibodies which you have, indicate a past infection and not recent i.e. Active. Positive i gm antibodies usually indicate current infection. This means you may be have been exposed to mono in the past, the debate still goes on whether there's any correlation between this and chronic fatigue syndrome as many patients who have positive igg or igm do not have chronic fatigue symptoms.
