Usually: If your md has checked you over and finds nothing physically wrong to explain your symptoms then they certainly could be anxiety. Then it might be appropriate for you to seek counseling or possibly medication to help you deal with the anxiety. Anxiety is related to stress & is normal to an extent but when it is out of control you need help to get it back under control!
