Well, it sounds: Like intermenstrual bleeding. One option is the birth control pill. There are multiple surgical options. Over age 35 with more bleeding i would go in to see doc. Though we rarely find it in your situation, an endometrial biopsy is warranted to ensure no uterine (endometrial) cancer. Cyclic Progesterone can be another alternative to make them regular.
