Genetics: Some people produce more ear wax than others and it is normal. Unfortunately though, too much can lead to hearing issues at times, and needs to be cleared out. Never use a q-yip as it can push the wax in farther, ..Use drops over the counter of have a trained dr. Flush them out if need be. Good luck.
