Male Menopause: There is a syndrome called "the metabolic syndrome". It is a combination of pre-diabetes, hypertension, being overweight and low testosterone production. I don't know your history but if any of this rings true you may want to get to a medical clinic for a full evaluation. If it does not ring true then you may just be in male menopause and have 'hypogonadism".
