.: Fish oil has been shown to be beneficial to the heart in multiple studies. There are studies trying to see if it is beneficial for anxiety and depression, but as of now no proof detected. You could still try, if has other health benefits anyway.

MAYBE: Things work differently in different people. There are reports of fish oil (omega 3 fatty acids) having a useful effect, it may be helpful, but don't change the regular meds if they're helping. If you have doubts, as the dr to see if doseage needs changing.
