Pregnancy: Pregnancy ideally is an expected, planned event. If you have been trying to become pregnant, hopefully you are already exercising, eating right, and taking prenatal vitamins. If not, you should start. Take a home pregnancy urine test first thing in the morning. If it is negative, you still may be pregnant. Take care of your body and keep checking weekly (unless your period comes).
