Plain Claritin (loratadine): Claritin (loratadine) d contains Pseudoephedrine a sympathimemitic drug. It can cause arrhythmias and hypertension. I suggest to replace Claritin (loratadine) d by Claritin (loratadine) without pseudoephedrine. If symptoms persist see your doctor.
