A member asked:

I have a small sch(29x22mm)@ 13 wks.no spotting or bleeding.i'm rh - should i have anti-d injections now because of the sch?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Blood clot: If there is a subchorionic hematoma there, it would be best to get the anti-d injection to reduce any risk of exposure. The chance is small since much of the blood is probably from your circulation but it would be better than developing antibodies with exposure.
