Diet: Most likely your gas is related to your diet. If you notice gas happens after certain foods, try to avoid those foods. If you frequently have cramping, pain or diarrhea, you should consult your physician. Gi problems including celiac disease or lactose intolerance are not that uncommon. You may wish to avoid dairy foods for an interim. Wolfing food - eating very fast - my also contribute. Bno.
