Coincidence: When did you get the implant? If it's new, and you had it placed last week, the nausea might be from the hormone in the implant. However, it is much more likely that this is just coincidence. Try eating some bland foods for a day and wait to see if your symptoms get better.

Not related: Implanon (or nexplanon) is very unlikely to be causing your nausea/vomiting. You could have a bug or something else going on. See a doctor.
