Sperm motility: 1) repeat the test; 2) the collection process sometimes maybe faulty; 3) did you use a condom to collect the specimen; 4) motility depends on collection time and examination time, test should be done within 30 minutes of collection, motility decreases with time; 5)get an examination, varicoceles can cause decreased motility.
