Pregnancy??: Sometimes a bit of spotting is a sign of implantation bleeding. The nausea could also be a sign of pregnancy. Get a home test and check. Other ideas are a urinary tract infection or sti. If pregnancy test is negative consult your primary care doc to check you over.
