What can cause drastically lower sperm motility? 1st test 70%, just over a month later 10%?

Many things: First issue is timing. Specimen must get to lab within 20-30 min. Hours old sperm swim poorly. It must be kept warm (cold sperm swim poorly). Medications and recent febrile illnesses can also effect semen analysis. Talk to a urologist about reversible causes of sub-normal semen analysis.
