Normal blood sugar: Fasting blood sugar normal for a teen is 80-100 and non-fasting 100-130. Things like illness and certain medications can also affect your blood sugar, though, as can acute stress reactions. All of these things need to be taken into account when talking about what normal is - you need to talk about what the situation is as well.
