See your doctor: Glasses are rarely the solution or the cause of headaches. Go see your regular doctor for an evaluation.

Other explanation: The eyes are over-rated as a cause of headaches as most come from other sources. If you need the spectacles to see, then continue to use them. But see your family doctor in order to determine the cause of your headaches if they are persistent and handicapping.
