No Diet Pills: There is something better. It is called limiting your calories, lowering the carbs you include in your diet and increasing the proteins. And, then exercising moderately for at least 20 minutes per day. No pills or vitamins or any other magic exists. It is time to face reality and not look for 'an easy' substitute to eating and moving well.
