Bleed per rectum: You need to see a gastroenterologist (GI) to see what the cause is. At 20, the most likely cause is bleeding from hemorrhoids. Go to the GI and get examined. If the bleeding isn't from hemorrhoids, you may be asked have a colonoscopy done which will allow your large intestine to be examined looking for the cause of your blood. Good luck.
