Not to worry: The report details some changes that are congenital. Right L5 transverse process hyperplasia just means the transverse process is a bit larger than usual. The L5 disc hypoplasia means the disc is smaller than usual. These variations are not a problem.

Normal variant: The report appears to be describing a normal variant named partial sacralization of the L5 vertebral body. This is not related to recent mva.

Had a laminectomy in 1988 at l5/s1. In 1991 X-ray revealed curvature at 3/4 and 5. Loss of disc height at l5/s1. Is this why I can't put on weight?
