How long does it take suprax (cefixime) 400 mg to take affect? i have been taking it for 3 days and before that i had been taking amoxicillin 500mg for for days!

Depends on infection: If you have a very serious infection it can take a few days to see real improvement. If your symptoms are not due to infection there will be no benefit at all.
