Vertigo: Vertigo is a sense of imbalance and loss of equilibrium that can be due to infections of the inner ear (viral labyrinthitis), problems with the tiny particles (otoliths) in the inner ear canal, or something more serious. In your case (young) it is probably positional vertigo caused by the otoliths in the wrong canal. See your doctor for an exam to confirm and to receive the correct treatment.
