Impossible to tell: For an individual, transmission either happens or not with every sexual contact. Risk goes down w/suppressive antivirals taken daily but not to zero. I believe your partner has a right to know. I would also suggest that you continue using a condom. Just because he is married, unfortunately this does not exclude possibility of transmitting an infection to you. You also have to take care of yourself.
