One possibility: Ask your physician which of your white cell types is low (lymphocytes or neutrophils). These are really meaningful only if the absolute count of one of the other is way-low. The first thing that pops into my mind to rule out is lupus -- it famously makes it difficult to carry a pregnancy, and can lower the count of one of your white cell types. This may be a heads up. Hope your dreams come true.
