No: Make sure she is drinking small amounts of fluid frequently to prevent dehydration. If she develops severe abdominal pain, very high fevers, has difficulty walking, or any other symptoms that might suggest there is something going on besides a stomach bug, then go to the er.

Non stop vomiting: With her non stop vomiting she runs the risk of getting dehydrated, so it might be a good idea to take her to the e r if you can't get in to see your own doctor on an emergency basis.

When to go to ER: If she cannot keep down any fluids and her heart rate is above 130 then you may want to consider getting her to the er. If she can swallow fluids or suck on a pop sickle or any other way to get fluids on board then you can watch and wait.
