Multiple influences: There is alot of genetics behind an individual's adult height. However, nutrition plays a very important role as well. An unhealthy diet can stunt growth. Also, certain diseases and chronic medications can also interfere with growth. While regular exercise is important, it is unlikely to affect an individual's height potential.
