A member asked:

I have a lump on my neck, i was told it was a fat tissue. but it's grown and is painful?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

See below: Lumps in the neck are common in young healthy patients and are usually enlarged lymph nodes after an infection. Generally speaking, see you doctor if it doesn't resolve in 3-4 weeks. You may need to have a biopsy or fine needle aspiration.
