Yes: While it may make you feel a little strange for a few moments, it will dissipate with no residual effect as long as it isn't a regular occurrence. Like anything else that may be inhaled, excessive amounts can cause brain damage as well as a number of other problems, though. We use Ethyl Chloride to test teeth for sensitivity to cold and it is relatively harmless.
