It the pain meds: Call your doctor right away - the pain meds they gave you can cause constipation and it sounds like you've got a pretty bad case of it. Let your primary doctor or the surgeon who removed your tonsils know that you haven't pooped since before surgery - call first thing in the morning. He/she will give you a plan for what to do - i'm so glad you asked - good luck.
