Potentially: Duromine is the stimulant phentermine. It can put a stress on your body, but usually not enough to do any real harm unless you exceed recommended doses. Also, you're on t3, (liothyronine) which is unsafe and inappropriate. Brand name T4 replacement is safer and more effective.
