Ethyl chloride: It is used for local anesthesia. It is often used as recreational inhalant producing "drunk like" sensations. Chronic use can damage the liver and kidney and concentrations of 30% are lethal. As all gases, it will come out depending on the dose. The probable clearance after inhalation is several hours. Only in one case (of death by inhalation) it was measured blood concentration.
