Unlikely pregnant: Not to be intrusive, but if you have not had sex for the past several months, you cannot be pregnant (even if it was sex with someone who was not your boyfriend). You may be missing your periods for a different reason. But, home pregnancy tests can be less sensitive than ones in a doctor's office -- so maybe get the blood test to prove to yourself.
