A member asked:

Can i take senokot (senna) with comundin and sotalol?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Senokot & Coumadin (warfarin): I would not recommend taking the senokot at the same time with either Coumadin (warfarin) or sotalol. Absorption of Coumadin (warfarin) is affected by a number of foods and other meds, so although not taken together you may separate them in time, so take the sotalol at breakfast and dinner, and the Coumadin (warfarin) before dinner, then take the senokot at bed time.
