Varies : Depends on the affected organ. Brain: headaches, seizures, cognitive changes. Liver: weight loss, swelling, pain, jaundice. Lung: pain, cough, shortness of breath, bleeding. Bone: pain, fractures, elevated calcium. Many times there are no symptoms at a given time. If you have/had cancer and there is any suspicion of spread, talk to your doc please. Best to you.
