A member asked:

How dangerous is it to be anorexic and have gone from 80lbs to 125lbs to 115lbs and be 19 weeks pregnant?

"No gain= pain": Actually, you have demonstrated the ability to gain weight during this pregnancy and only recently lost 10 lbs. Your OB md has to be carefully monitoring your pregnancy, and you should be bluntly honest about your eating disorder so that a therapist can be consulted to help you maintain this pregnancy.

Dangerous: Less dangerous if this mom could get help and revert the pattern; gaining weight normally during the pregnancy.
