Brain anoxia: Thick blood either due to excess protein or even excess red cells and alter flow of blood and cause lack of oxygen in tissues in general and brain in particular.

Depend what the caus: Cause of it is , i assume you are being seen by a hematologist and have had a proper diagnosis , if u haven't u need evaluation by a hematologist.
