Testicle Swelling: Testicle discomfort usually comes from inflammation. This is called epididymitis or orchitis. If fever is present, then infection is more likely (see md). If swelling increases, a scrotal us is mandatory. If not, increase water intake, reduce caffeine, begin nsaids (aleve) with food twice a day for two weeks. Hot soaks in a tub helps. If you're not better in 3-4 days, see an md for antibiotics.
