Depends: If you know your cycles well and you know when you usually ovulate then i recommend intercourse 2 days before ovulation, and intercourse on the day of ovulation. You partners sperm count is low and you will need that day break to allow him time to produce more ejaculate. You also may want to consider aritificial insemination with that level of sperm.
