Unsure.: She needs a work up for sexually transmitted disease or other vaginal conditions. If the bleeding was her actual period then she wouldn't be pregnant. BUT - Potential side effects w emergency contraception includes menstrual flow changes (spotting, bleeding, early or late period). Thus , not sure if this was her period. Take a pregnancy to know.
