I have been getting nonstop herpes oral outbreaks for a couple of months now. can i do anything to prevent them? and/or heal them quickly?

Yes: Herpes outbreaks can be treated with antiviral medication like acyclovir, valacyclovir or gancyclovir. Continuing to take a reduced dose of these medications between outbreaks will suppress the infection and should reduce the frequency of the outbreaks. See your doctor. If your outbreaks are that frequent you should be checked for immunosuppression.
