Most likely: Most likely the brown discharge is just old blood. Old endometrial cells which are sloughed off during your period are usually found in bright red blood. As blood lingers and ages it turns brown. But it could also be a sign of an std like chlamydia or vaginal warts. Go see your gynecologist.
