Onezie: A 9mo should sleep in a diaper & onezie with a t-shirt & cap if chilly. They should not have a blanket as many infants suffocate tied up in their bed linen.Fever can actually go up if an ill child is left uncovered as the body senses the chilly room & pushes the fever up.
