Whatever is comfy: Infants do well in normal room temperatures is they are appropriately dressed.Normal air conditioned settings (70-75) are well tolerated.Babies that have a moist neck are sweating off excess heat & those with goose bumps are showing that they feel cold. Simple use of t-shirts, onezie & caps will provide adequate warmth for most.
