Possibly: One possibility is pregnancy which is easy to determine with a urine test you get at a local pharmacy or any health clinic, including schools / colleges. It can also be growth of a mass in the pelvis or a gastrointestinal problem. Take a pregnancy test and if negative see a doctor to get checked for other problems.
