Healthy Masturbation: You don't. At least from a medical perspective you are not addicted. This is impossible. It is normal, natural and needed. Plain and simple frequent and regular masturbation is not only normal it can be a sign of good physical and mental health. We do know that those gentlemen who ejaculate on a frequent basis have less prostate cancer. One is never too old to have a healthy sexuality.

You may not need to : It is normal to masturbate often at your age. Even if it's more than once per day. If you are bothered by the frequency or if you struggle with masturbating in public or you feel that it negatively effecting your life, i would see a licensed psychologist. Best wishes.

Healthy vs compulsiv: It depends what you mean by "addicted." sex addiction is real, but it is important to determine whether you just have unnecessary guilt over normal sexual drives or are truly addicted. Masturbation: Masturbation is a normal and common part of being a human. I don't know of any physician who would ethically tell you to stop. Being sexual is part of good physical and mental heath. Every man you know masturbates or has masturbated.
